At Fowler, we take pride in providing our customers with reliable measurement products that can be counted on, even in harsh manufacturing environments. We maintain this dedication to quality while keeping a focus on accuracy and value. However, our products are not immune to every event, to accidents, or to the occasional failure and may need professional repair. We also understand the role that re-calibration has in keeping measurements accurate and reliable. A group of 6 dependable individuals in our Service Department work to provide these important services.
Our commitment to service and support is as important as providing you with quality products. You have a significant investment in our products and will do everything possible to service them at reasonable rates and get them back in the field as quickly as possible.
If you think you may need a Fowler product repaired or calibrated, the first step is to complete the form below. Our system will automatically generate an (RMA) Return Materials Authorization. Please print the RMA form and include it along with a purchase order or credit card info, contact name, email and phone number, with the product being returned to Fowler for repair or calibration. This reduces time and increases efficiency for both you and us. There is a $175.00 evaluation fee on all repairs. If you are requesting warranty, you must provide a proof of purchase. If upon inspection the tool is covered under warranty, the fee will be waived. When we receive your product at Fowler you will be notified by email. We will perform an evaluation and get back to you quickly with a solution and quote if necessary.
